Elaina McAdams

Dr. Elaina McAdams, RN is the Founder and CEO of CAUHEC Connect, a company focused on innovation in healthcare and workforce development. In her previous role, she was part of the senior leadership team at SnapCare, which was ranked #2 on the INC 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies. With 25 years of experience in healthcare clinical operations and senior executive roles, Elaina has managed over $475M in healthcare budgets and scaled operations across the industry. Her research in economic impact focuses on workforce capacity, reskilling, and the future of work.

 

Elaina holds a Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, a Master’s in Business and Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Fresno State. She is an Advanced Nurse Executive certified by the ANCC and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
