I've been the overworked nurse asked to take students for free. I've been the administrator scrambling for preceptors. This system is broken — and we are working to fix it.
The team behind CAUHEC

Healthcare professionals. Not just tech people.

We understand your world because we've lived it — at the bedside, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between.

Meet the advisors

Operators, educators, and capital partners.

The CAUHEC advisory board pulls together leaders who've built and scaled healthcare staffing companies, academic accreditors, hospital operators, and capital partners.

Our mission

Fostering nationwide strategic collaboration.

The College and University Healthcare Education Consortium exists to foster strategic collaboration between educational institutions and healthcare organizations — uniting efforts to address the shortage of healthcare professionals and clinical faculty.

We started with a 500K-strong US preceptor network. We're scaling globally next — Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia are in active development.

Increase staffing capacity

Through education and training, healthcare professionals are better equipped to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve better outcomes.

Prepare the next generation

Our programs and resources help shape the healthcare industry of tomorrow by equipping clinicians and students with the tools they need.

Tackle faculty shortages

By rethinking how we grow the workforce, we support clinical student enrollment growth of 20%+ at member institutions.
